In 2012, I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. After hitting 170 pounds, I was forced to face the reality that something had to give. The hardest part? I couldn't believe that I could do it. And so started a 10 year journey of fitness, food, and self love. 

 

The Back to Balance Program is my behavior-based weight loss coaching program designed to help you achieve sustainable weight loss through lifestyle changes that focus on your habits, mindset, and behaviors. My program is not a one-size-fits-all solution, but rather a personalized approach that takes into account your unique needs, challenges, and goals.

 

I will work with you to identify the behaviors that are holding you back from achieving your weight loss goals, and help you develop strategies to overcome them.
